Ordering Process, Payments, & Delivery
Ordering & Time Frame:
Upon placing your order, we will give you an estimated build completion time. Please understand that estimates can sometimes be under/over. Sometimes vehicles are done and ready for delivery ahead of schedule while sometimes completion dates can be pushed back. We refuse to rush details since they tend to lower the quality that’s expected by you, the customer.
We do our best to maintain the schedule discussed at the time your order was placed. To secure your spot in line, we need the 1st deposit on our desk. To maintain the most accurate schedule discussed at the initial time of the order, we will also need the remaining payments to be made timely as well. Example: If you mail a Cashier’s Check 2 weeks after receiving the second invoice, it will take a few days to get to our office in Chandler, Arizona then take a few days to clear into our account (Let’s avoid that). Invoices are emailed in advance to minimize setbacks. Please understand that we manufacture a complete “custom” vehicle using not “off the shelf parts”. Let’s rephrase that.. “Custom”, meaning we have to make all the parts as well, most are handcrafted.. again, “custom”. We work our hardest to maintain the discussed schedule.
Payments broken down:
1st = $15,000 USD + Engine deposit. Deposit is broken down into 2 payments. One goes to Seduction Motorsports to cover the frame/chassis/body. The second portion goes directly to the engine builder to cover the cost of your engine. If you are ordering just a “roller package” then there will be no payment send to an engine builder.
2nd= $11,250 USD. Deposit number 2 covers the paint, transaxle, upholstery, and parts.
3rd= Remaining balance due before delivery. Final payment covers the remaining balance, inspection, and registration. This final payment also includes any upgrades or changes you made along the build process.
Types of payments accepted:
- Bank wire.
- Direct deposit.
- Cashier’s check. (When sending bank checks please send them FedEx or UPS certified mail with tracking and signature confirmation.)
After completion we will be more than happy to assist with your new vehicles inspection and registration for an additional fee. Other services we will assist you with is establishing vehicle collector’s insurance and breaking in the vehicle’s braking, steering, fueling, and electrical systems at no additional cost.
We strongly suggest you have your vehicle delivered using an enclosed transport carrier. We can arrange transportation for you as well for no additional charge. Transportation carriers typically accept form of payment in advance and some allow payment at delivery by Cashier’s Check. Each transport carrier fees and terms vary.
